What are your magnets made of?

Our magnets are made from a metal button shell with your design printed on high quality paper and protected with a clear plastic film. A strong magnet is attached to the back, making them perfect for displaying your favorite photos, artwork, or designs.

How do I upload my photo?

Simply select your product, choose how many magnets, click the upload button on the product page, and choose your photo from your device. We recommend using a high-resolution image (at least 1000×1000 px) for the best print quality.

Can I edit my photo before ordering?

Yes! Our built-in photo editor lets you customize your image before placing your order. You can:

• Crop your photo to focus on what matters most

• Adjust the aspect ratio to fit your chosen magnet size perfectly

• Flip — mirror your image horizontally or vertically

• Rotate — turn your photo to the perfect angle

Not happy with your edits? Simply hit Reset to start fresh, and once you're satisfied, click Save to apply your changes. All edits are shown in a live preview so you know exactly how your magnet will look before ordering.

What photo formats are accepted?

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Make sure your photo is well-lit and in focus for the sharpest result.

How long does production take?

Each magnet is custom-made just for you. Production typically takes 1-3 business days, after which your order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. International orders may take longer — we'll provide a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I order a set as a gift?

Absolutely! Our magnet sets make wonderful personalized gifts. You can ship directly to the recipient and we offer gift-ready packaging.

Can I return my personalized photo magnet?

Because each photo magnet is custom-made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or are unhappy with your personal preferences.

However, if your photo magnet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo clearly showing the damage. We’ll be happy to look into the issue and find a suitable solution for you.

Does my gift card expire?

No! ❤️ Our gift cards never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready to create your personalized photo magnets.
